Vertical 09 / 11
Legal
People reach out to a lawyer at a hard moment. We keep the ads sober, capture the incident facts the firm needs and connect the person only with the firm they agreed to hear from.
Quick read
- What we supply
- Personal injury and motor accident intake
Mass tort inquiries
Employment, family and other practices - How it arrives
- Direct post, transfer, inbound call
- Rules that bite
- State bar ad rules; no fee-splitting; attorney-advertising labels; TCPA
A woman with her arm in a sling talks with an attorney in his office.
Who buys, and why
Buyers are personal injury, mass tort, employment and family law firms, plus intake organisations working for them. Most want live transfers to intake or a direct post into case software.
Bar rules differ by state, and fee arrangements are sensitive, so the commercial terms are set with care.
Pick a delivery model
| Point of comparison | Ping-post | Direct post | Live transfer / calls |
|---|---|---|---|
| You receive | The full record, once your bid wins | Every record that passes your filters | A consumer live on the phone |
| Price | Bid in real time on a partial record | A fixed amount set in writing | Per transfer or billable call |
| Consent must name | Every buyer who could win | You, or a short list | The team the caller reaches |
| Contact speed | Seconds, then your dialler | Seconds, then your dialler | Instant |
| Suits | Networks and buyer panels | One buyer, steady filters | Licensed teams on shift |
Legal programmes run on all three. Which one suits you comes down to how quickly your team picks up and how many buyers one record should reach. It is settled on paper before the first click.

Your scorecard
The numbers legal teams tend to judge a source by. During a test we ask for them per source and per day so we can tune. They are measures for you to fill in, not results we claim.
The rulebook
One consent standard, every vertical. Each funnel collects prior express written consent that names the business, or the short list of businesses, allowed to call or text. The FCC's 2023 one-to-one rule was struck down by the 11th Circuit in January 2025 and never came into force. We name sellers anyway: it reads more honestly to consumers, buyers often require it, and it holds up better under challenge.
State bar advertising rules. Most states follow ABA Model Rules 7.1 to 7.3: communications cannot be false or misleading, and paying for recommendations is restricted. Some states require an "Attorney Advertising" label or other disclaimers.
Not a referral service. Growth Box is not a law firm, recommends no lawyer and gives no legal advice. Fees pay for marketing and are never tied to case outcomes.
No promises. No "you could be owed" sums, guaranteed results or settlement figures.
Solicitation limits. Firms contact people only after they ask, with consent naming the firm or intake organisation.
Sensitive data. Health details in injury and tort intake are handled carefully and shared only with the named recipient.

Ask any publisher this
- Does the funnel carry any required attorney-advertising disclaimers?
- Is pricing per lead rather than a share of fees?
- How do you avoid soliciting recent accident victims where that is banned?
Our answers come in writing, before you commit to a test.
Ways to receive it
- Live transfers to firm intake
- Direct post into intake software
- Inbound calls in intake hours
Each record travels with its source, landing page, disclosure version, timestamp, IP and, if you need one, a consent-certificate reference. More on how it works.
Quick questions
Are you a referral service?
No. We are a marketing publisher; the consumer chooses to contact the named firm.
Can pricing depend on signed cases?
Our default is per lead or per call. Anything else goes to your ethics counsel first.
Put us on a short leash.
Tell us the market, the states and how you take delivery. You get a written test back: caps, filters and return terms.
