Our approach
Compliance is designed into our funnels from the first draft, not added after launch. Below is what we do today, and what buyers can verify for themselves.
TCPA and consent
Our forms collect prior express written consent. Each record is logged with a timestamp, IP address, page URL and the exact disclosure language shown to the consumer.
One-to-one consent
Our forms are built so that consent identifies the specific seller(s) the consumer agrees to hear from, a standard we keep even though the FCC's 2023 one-to-one consent rule never took effect after a federal appeals court (11th Cir.) struck it down in January 2025. Buyers approve their seller name and disclosure before launch.
Data security
Lead data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with restricted access. We share data only with the buyer(s) the consumer consented to.
Quality checks
- Required-field and format validation
- Phone and email verification
- Duplicate suppression within agreed windows
- Buyer geo and criteria filters
- DNC and litigator scrubbing where required
Vertical-specific rules
Medicare funnels include the required TPMO disclaimer and avoid names or imagery suggesting government affiliation. Lending, debt and legal funnels follow the disclosure requirements agreed with each buyer.
Documentation for buyers
On request we provide page screenshots, disclosure text, consent records and certificates for your compliance review.
