Debt Relief
Someone who asks about debt relief is often stressed and wary. Our funnels ask the qualifying questions plainly, make no promises the law forbids, and connect the consumer only with a provider licensed to help in their state.

Who buys, and why
Buyers include debt settlement companies, consolidation lenders, non-profit credit counsellors and the networks that serve them. Most prefer live transfers, because the conversation itself is the sale.
The record that matters most is the debt itself: how much, what kind, and whether it fits the programme the buyer offers.
Pick a delivery model
| Point of comparison | Ping-post | Direct post | Live transfer / calls |
|---|---|---|---|
| You receive | The full record, once your bid wins | Every record that passes your filters | A consumer live on the phone |
| Price | Bid in real time on a partial record | A fixed amount set in writing | Per transfer or billable call |
| Consent must name | Every buyer who could win | You, or a short list | The team the caller reaches |
| Contact speed | Seconds, then your dialler | Seconds, then your dialler | Instant |
| Suits | Networks and buyer panels | One buyer, steady filters | Licensed teams on shift |
Debt Relief programmes run on all three. Which one suits you comes down to how quickly your team picks up and how many buyers one record should reach. It is settled on paper before the first click.

Your scorecard
The numbers debt relief teams tend to judge a source by. During a test we ask for them per source and per day so we can tune. They are measures for you to fill in, not results we claim.
The rulebook
One consent standard, every vertical. Each funnel collects prior express written consent that names the business, or the short list of businesses, allowed to call or text. The FCC's 2023 one-to-one rule was struck down by the 11th Circuit in January 2025 and never came into force. We name sellers anyway: it reads more honestly to consumers, buyers often require it, and it holds up better under challenge.
No advance fees. The FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR 310.4(a)(5)) bars charging for debt relief sold by telemarketing until a debt is actually settled, modified or changed. That includes inbound calls prompted by general advertising.
Disclosures first. Sellers must explain timing, cost and possible consequences, such as credit damage and continued collection, before enrolment. Nothing in our creative contradicts that.
No miracle claims. No "erase your debt", guaranteed percentages or government programmes. The FTC has a long record of action against deceptive debt relief marketing.
State licences. Many states license or restrict settlement and debt management providers. We route only where the buyer confirms it may operate.

Ask any publisher this
- How is the debt amount collected and filtered?
- Is the creative free of government or guaranteed-outcome claims?
- Who is named in consent, and what does the transfer script say?
Our answers come in writing, before you commit to a test.
Ways to receive it
- Live transfers to enrolment specialists
- Inbound calls with IVR debt-range screening
- Direct post or ping-post for form leads
Each record travels with its source, landing page, disclosure version, timestamp, IP and, if you need one, a consent-certificate reference. More on how it works.
Quick questions
Can you screen by debt amount?
Yes. The range is a required question and records outside it are dropped before delivery.
Do your ads mention fees?
No. Fee terms come from the provider, inside its own TSR disclosures.
