Vertical 08 / 11
Home Services
When the boiler fails, the homeowner calls whoever answers first. We route those calls to providers who are open, nearby and licensed for the work.
Quick read
- What we supply
- Urgent repair calls: plumbing, HVAC, electrical
Pest control and cleaning
Booking requests - How it arrives
- Inbound call, transfer, direct post
- Rules that bite
- Trade licensing; accurate service areas; call recording laws; TCPA

Who buys, and why
Buyers are local service companies, franchise networks and booking platforms. Calls dominate, because urgent jobs are booked on the phone.
Geography is everything. A call from outside the service area is worthless, however keen the caller.
Pick a delivery model
| Point of comparison | Ping-post | Direct post | Live transfer / calls |
|---|---|---|---|
| You receive | The full record, once your bid wins | Every record that passes your filters | A consumer live on the phone |
| Price | Bid in real time on a partial record | A fixed amount set in writing | Per transfer or billable call |
| Consent must name | Every buyer who could win | You, or a short list | The team the caller reaches |
| Contact speed | Seconds, then your dialler | Seconds, then your dialler | Instant |
| Suits | Networks and buyer panels | One buyer, steady filters | Licensed teams on shift |
Home Services programmes run on all three. Which one suits you comes down to how quickly your team picks up and how many buyers one record should reach. It is settled on paper before the first click.

You can filter on

- ZIP sits in the service area
- Stayed on past the billable buffer
- Asked for a booking
Your scorecard
The numbers home services teams tend to judge a source by. During a test we ask for them per source and per day so we can tune. They are measures for you to fill in, not results we claim.
The rulebook
One consent standard, every vertical. Each funnel collects prior express written consent that names the business, or the short list of businesses, allowed to call or text. The FCC's 2023 one-to-one rule was struck down by the 11th Circuit in January 2025 and never came into force. We name sellers anyway: it reads more honestly to consumers, buyers often require it, and it holds up better under challenge.
TCPA consent for any follow-up texts or automated calls.
Recording. Recording is disclosed, with all-party consent where state law requires it.
Honest local presence. We never pretend a provider is local when it is not, and we never impersonate a brand.
Trade licences. Plumbing, electrical and HVAC are licensed in many states; buyers confirm coverage.

Ask any publisher this
- How tightly do you geo-target my service area?
- How long must a call last before I pay?
- Where do after-hours calls go?
Our answers come in writing, before you commit to a test.
Ways to receive it
- Inbound calls with geo-routing and buffers
- Direct post for scheduled jobs
- Text-confirmed appointment requests where consent allows
Each record travels with its source, landing page, disclosure version, timestamp, IP and, if you need one, a consent-certificate reference. More on how it works.
Quick questions
What makes a call billable?
A buffer length agreed in writing for each campaign.
Can after-hours calls be held?
