By using the Growth Box website or services you accept these Terms. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the website and services.
Services
Growth Box generates consumer leads and calls for affiliate networks and direct buyers through its own landing pages and paid media. Specific deliverables, pricing, caps and return rules are set in a written agreement with each partner.
Compliance
We generate leads with consent language and disclosures intended to comply with the TCPA. Buyers remain responsible for their own use of leads, including the TCPA, state telemarketing laws, DNC rules and vertical-specific regulations.
Partner obligations
- Use leads only for the agreed purpose
- Comply with applicable laws when contacting consumers
- Keep lead information confidential
- Not resell or share leads without written permission
- Honour consumer opt-outs promptly
Payment
Payment terms are set in each partnership agreement. We may pause delivery for overdue balances.
Returns
Leads may be returned within the agreed window for agreed reasons, for example invalid contact details, duplicates, out-of-criteria records or fraudulent submissions.
Limitation of liability
Where the law allows, Growth Box has no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
Delaware state law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
