By accessing or using the Growth Box website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Growth Box provides lead generation services for affiliate networks and direct buyers. We generate consumer leads across various verticals including insurance, finance, legal, and home services through paid media campaigns and proprietary landing pages.

We are committed to generating high-quality, compliant leads. All leads are generated with proper consent language and TCPA-compliant disclosure. We maintain records of consent as required by law.

Lead buyers are responsible for ensuring their use of leads complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the TCPA, state telemarketing laws, and industry-specific regulations.

As a lead buyer or network partner, you agree to:

• Use leads only for the purposes agreed upon in your partnership agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when contacting leads
• Maintain the confidentiality of lead information
• Not resell or share leads without prior written consent
• Provide feedback on lead quality as requested

Payment terms are established in individual partnership agreements. Standard terms include net-30 payment for approved leads. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Leads may be returned within the timeframe specified in your partnership agreement if they do not meet quality standards. Valid return reasons include:

• Invalid contact information (disconnected phone, invalid email)
• Duplicate leads within the specified timeframe
• Leads outside the agreed geographic or demographic criteria
• Test or fraudulent submissions

Growth Box shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
