Vertical 10 / 11
Education
An adult choosing a programme deserves accurate information, not a job-board trick. Our funnels let the learner choose the schools they want to hear from and say only what the school can substantiate.

- Rules that bite
- Title IV incentive-compensation ban; ED misrepresentation rules; FTC; TCPA
An adult learner studies at her kitchen counter late at night.
Who buys, and why
Buyers are colleges, universities, career schools and the marketing partners that manage their inquiry programmes. Most want a direct post into an admissions CRM.
Programme fit matters more than volume. A learner matched to the wrong course costs the school time and costs the learner trust.
Pick a delivery model
| Point of comparison | Ping-post | Direct post | Live transfer / calls |
|---|---|---|---|
| You receive | The full record, once your bid wins | Every record that passes your filters | A consumer live on the phone |
| Price | Bid in real time on a partial record | A fixed amount set in writing | Per transfer or billable call |
| Consent must name | Every buyer who could win | You, or a short list | The team the caller reaches |
| Contact speed | Seconds, then your dialler | Seconds, then your dialler | Instant |
| Suits | Networks and buyer panels | One buyer, steady filters | Licensed teams on shift |
Education programmes run on all three. Which one suits you comes down to how quickly your team picks up and how many buyers one record should reach. It is settled on paper before the first click.

Your scorecard
The numbers education teams tend to judge a source by. During a test we ask for them per source and per day so we can tune. They are measures for you to fill in, not results we claim.
The rulebook
One consent standard, every vertical. Each funnel collects prior express written consent that names the business, or the short list of businesses, allowed to call or text. The FCC's 2023 one-to-one rule was struck down by the 11th Circuit in January 2025 and never came into force. We name sellers anyway: it reads more honestly to consumers, buyers often require it, and it holds up better under challenge.
Incentive compensation. Schools that take federal student aid may not pay commissions or bonuses for securing enrolments or aid. Per-lead fees that do not depend on enrolment are treated differently; schools should confirm their arrangements with counsel.
Misrepresentation. Department of Education rules forbid misrepresenting programmes, costs, accreditation and job outcomes. We use only school-supplied, substantiated claims.
Financial value and gainful employment. These rules shape what programmes report and disclose; we publish no job or salary promises.
FTC enforcement. The FTC has acted against education lead generators posing as military or government recruiters. We never imply either.
Service members. Recruiting follows Department of Defense and VA guidance, and consent names the schools that may get in touch.

- Ping-post across school panels
- Live transfers to admissions
Each record travels with its source, landing page, disclosure version, timestamp, IP and, if you need one, a consent-certificate reference. More on how it works.
Quick questions
Do you price per enrolment?
No. Pricing does not depend on enrolment.
Who chooses the schools?
The learner, and consent names each one.
